About

"Mein Berlin" is a three-day holiday workshop for children aged 9 to 12 during the autumn holidays. Run by the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, it explores what Berlin was like 100 years ago and what fascinated artists about the fast-moving metropolis. The children take inspiration from the exhibition "Ruin und Rausch. Berlin 1910–1930" and paint life in their Berlin with wild strokes and clear lines. They also write little Berlin stories or poems to go with their pictures.
