Mumbo Jumbo
About
Mumbo Jumbo is an animated film for children: a perfectly content little hippopotamus is turned into a giant overnight by a magical mishap and suddenly fits in nowhere. Together with his best friends he sets out on a dangerous, turbulent journey to the cunning and unpredictable witch Baba Jaga, who can undo the spell. It was directed by Karsten Kiilerich and Stine Marie Buhl and is based on the children's book by Jakob Martin Strid. The adventurous journey may make Mumbo Jumbo small again, but makes him grow far bigger inside.
