NADA Community Ear Acupuncture

NADA Community Ear Acupuncture is an ear acupuncture practice in which small needles are placed at five points in each ear and remain there for about 45 minutes. The protocol was developed in the 1970s by activists from the Black Panther Party and the Young Lords in Brooklyn to support local communities affected by heroin addiction. It has a long history of helping ease symptoms of substance withdrawal, reduce stress, and assist with emotional and mental health challenges and sleep imbalance. Treatments are only available if you arrive before 12:15 PM.
