"NahBARES Rares!" invites visitors to explore selected originals from Germany's largest coin collection together with the team of the Münzkabinett. What is not possible during normal museum operations becomes possible here: holding historic coins and medals in your own hands. Visitors are welcome to talk with the team about museum objects and their personal interest in coins and medals. The meeting point is the Kameckehalle. The event is hosted by the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin at the Bode-Museum, where admission is free on every first Sunday of the month.
