About
"No More Medication" is a sound meditation and album release presented as a concert session at Grüner Salon. Behind it is Sarmen Almond, a 2026 fellow, who introduces her new album, conceived as a journey through pieces for sound meditation, deep listening and bodily experience. The session is split in two: a short section devoted to breathing and somatic perception, followed by a space for meditation and listening. Sound here serves not only as a medium of listening but as a practice of presence and transformation.
