About
The group exhibition of the BBA One Shot Award brings together photographs from two international open calls, Summer and Autumn, at BBA Gallery in Berlin-Mitte. Behind it is Berlin-based BBA Gallery, known for promoting emerging artists in lens-based media. The competition celebrates the best single shot rather than portfolios, asking what story is behind each image. On show are 40 shortlist finalists, 20 per season, plus the 60 longlisted nominees on a digital display, ranging from analogue film cameras to mobile phone snaps.
