Pilates mit Baby

Pilates mit Baby is a course at the Familienzentrum Weißensee to which babies are warmly welcome. It is led by physiotherapist and Pilates trainer Maureen van de Sand. It is about moving the body and strengthening the muscles, especially those of the pelvic floor, abdomen and back, through controlled, flowing movements matched to the breath. Exercises for relief of the shoulders and back strained by nursing are learned; the course takes place with registration.
