The Social Media Workshop is an afternoon devoted to the question of how a congregation can be visible, understandable and welcoming in digital spaces. It offers an introduction to the basics of social media, along with space for fundamental and theological questions such as opportunities, limits and talking about faith online. In practical terms, participants will jointly gather ideas and think through possible formats for social media in the congregation. All curious people are invited regardless of prior experience, age or technical confidence – taking part does not mean committing to join a social media team.
