Spiele machen Kinder stark

„Spiele machen Kinder stark“ is a free online input session via Zoom on promoting physical activity in day-care centres and after-school clubs. It is organised by Netzwerk Gesunde Kita, run by Gesundheit Berlin-Brandenburg e.V., in cooperation with the Brandenburgische Sportjugend, as part of the series „Vier gewinnt – Bewegungsförderung in Kitas und Horten“. Dr. Harald Schmid of the Bundesinstitut für Öffentliche Gesundheit (BIÖG) shows how games can be chosen so that they not only get children moving but also strengthen them inside, and introduces new forms of play.
