About

TWERK DANCE (BEGINNERS) is a twerk workshop for beginners at DNA. HOUSE. The class is run by the collective DNA. ART HOUSE with Nastia. According to the organizers, twerk is about more than just shaking your booty: it is about strength, control and confidence. You learn the essential basics and turn them into fun combinations or short choreographies, improving your endurance and strengthening your core, legs and glutes.
