Wild Roots

Wild Roots is an English-language nature experience for families at the Nature Campus Müggelsee. It comes from the Berlin Cosmopolitan School, whose e-mail address is also used for sign-up. Children aged about four to seven, each accompanied by an adult, set out as cartographers and explorers to survey the forest by the Müggelsee, record what they find and receive a badge for their work at the end. The adults act as assistants, the meeting point is the forest entrance, and families should bring waterproof clothing, rubber boots or sturdy shoes and a change of clothes for the child, with hot drinks served on site.
