About
A creative workshop for families and children aged 4 and up about stories, language and Mexican traditions. The MaMis en Movimiento tell the story “De vuelta a casa” as bilingual Kamishibai storytelling theatre in German and Spanish and introduce the traditions of the Mexican Día de Muertos. Afterwards, participants craft together, including Papel Picado, artfully cut colourful tissue paper used as festive decoration for the Day of the Dead, and create elements of a traditional Mexican ofrenda. Participation is free and no registration is required.
