About
Baby Massage is a free six-week course for parents with babies aged 0 to 6 months. It is delivered by the Westbourne Maternity Champions, who are fully trained and qualified in baby massage. You learn techniques that can help your baby sleep better, strengthen the bond between you, and support the wellbeing of both baby and parent, while also meeting other local parents. The team can also provide breastfeeding support and signpost you to other local services and classes.
