About

Da Lata bring their live show of Afro-Brazilian rhythms, soul, jazz-funk and trip hop to The Fox & Firkin for the first time. The band is the brainchild of producer Chris Franck and DJ/broadcaster Patrick Forge, who emerged in the late 1990s from the meeting of London club culture and Brazilian influence. Having just marked their 25th anniversary, the London group arrives on the back of their acclaimed 2025 album 'Edge Of Blue', a set of songs about struggle, survival and hope. They are known for spiritually uplifting live shows and collaborators from Tony Allen to Jhelisa, Bernie Worrell and Mayra Andrade.
