An in-person workshop at the College of Psychic Studies that explores inherited ancestral patterns and the false identity they create. It is led by Giancarlo Serra, an accredited spiritual healer, Reiki master teacher and past life and regression therapist, and a graduate of the college. Through direct self-inquiry, participants observe sensations and emotions without narrative, identify inherited defence mechanisms, and recognise their underlying unconditioned state. The workshop is open to everyone, with no prior experience of healing or spiritual practice required.
