About

Movement Therapy is the debut stage play from Cold Plunge Productions, a new 60-minute comedy written by Margot Pue that explores how movement, specifically tap dance, can help people process grief and find community. Fiona is newly single and struggling to move on after her ex Jack kept their shared friends and will attend her brother's wedding; her weekly tap class becomes a lifeline, where she meets Ben, a drummer with two left feet and his own baggage. Directed by Nell Lang with technical design by Isy Platt, the play moves through grief with humour, hope, and the absurdity of tap dance. Latecomers may not be admitted, under 18s are not permitted, and refunds and exchanges are not available.
