About
Tango After Dark is a dance show presenting a night of authentic Argentine tango at Sadler's Wells. It is led by German Cornejo, known as the King of Tango, together with his dance company. Ten world-class Argentinian dancers tell a story of desire, passion, and drama through tango, set to a live orchestra and singers performing the music of composer Astor Piazzolla. Back by popular demand after a sold-out run in 2018, it earned critics' praise for its thrilling, sensual dance performances.
