The Built Environment
North Kensington Library, Ladbroke Grove 108, W11 1PZ London, North Kensington
About
"The Built Environment" is a public talk on flooding, drought and saving trees, part of the "Our Eco Crisis" series at North Kensington Library. It is hosted by Isis Amlak, a long-time local activist and campaigner for racial and social justice who sits on the board of the Octavia Foundation. Guests will speak about new development changes in the area and their effects, with recent local flooding that closed the Children's Library and the loss of mature plane trees in Holland Park among the concerns. The event will be live streamed to YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
