Toto

Toto is a musical for children about a young donkey who dreams of becoming an astronaut instead of settling for the life the world expects of a donkey. It is adapted from Ximo Abadia's illustrated children's book, with him as writer, Harry Blake as adaptor, composer and arranger, and Jennifer Tang as director. The production is a co-creation of Polka Theatre and Topper and Fred, staged in the Y C Chan Theatre with a running time of one hour. It follows the strong-willed donkey to the big city and towards the moon in a carrot-filled rocket, an endearing tale about never giving up on your dreams or the people you love, suited to ages 3 to 8.
