An Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at the Church of the Holy Apostles in Brooklyn, hosted by the Starting Point Group. The group shares experience, strength and hope with the aim of staying sober and helping other alcoholics achieve sobriety, with no outside affiliations and self-support through its own contributions. On Thursday evenings this is a beginner meeting focused on the newcomer and the early days of sobriety, discussing readings from the AA book 'Living Sober'.
