GLEX: IGNITION

GLEX: IGNITION is the annual conference that opens the GLEX weekend, bringing together explorers from across the world to chart the future of exploration and celebrate the shared human pursuit of discovery. It is hosted by The Explorers Club and features storytellers and scientists at the top of their fields, from the surf to the stars, including ESA astronaut and former ISS Commander Andreas Mogensen and pro-surfer and ocean chemist Cliff Kapono. The day runs in four sessions with coffee, lunch, and tea breaks to maximize time for guests to interact, and concludes with an Ignition Party in Coimbra with dinner and networking. GLEX itself unites explorers, field scientists, and world travelers for a weekend of experiences and campfire storytelling, this year in the historic city of Coimbra, Portugal.
