About

My Mobster is a one-woman show about Joy, a sheltered American student abroad in 2003 who meets a charming stranger on the streets of Venice who claims to be there on business. As she gets tangled in his web of half-truths, she finds herself in a plot straight out of a romance novel, complete with mysterious criminals and broken hearts. Years later, Joy tells the tale in full, the good, the bad, and the WTF. Playwright and performer Joy Nash brings this revamped version of her Hollywood Fringe show to New York for its premiere, co-directed by Alex Rogals and Miranda Simon.
