About
«DadaZwischenSprachen» – Künstler*innenkneipe is the artists' bar in the entrance area of Cabaret Voltaire, the Zurich venue where the Dada movement began in 1916. It takes up the spirit of the «Künstlerkneipe Voltaire», as the Dadaists first opened the place during the First World War, and is taken over by one artistic position for a year at a time. It belongs to the exhibition «DadaZwischenSprachen», which explores Dada's language experiments, such as sound poems and simultaneous poems.
