Einfach einmachen

«Einfach einmachen» is a workshop where participants learn how to preserve vegetables and fruit – a basic skill for sustainable and healthy eating. It suits beginners and the experienced alike: theory and practice are taught step by step, from choosing the right technique to sterilising jars and how long preserves keep. At the end, everyone takes home two jars of preserved goods. The workshop is run by the City of Zurich at the Leimbach community centre.
