Flowverse

The Flowverse Urban Series is a series of monthly workshops combining Tai Chi, preventive health science and embodied intelligence. It is a collaboration between FLOWVERSE and the Schenkhaus, made for a life between everyday routines, city and deadlines. Each workshop stands on its own with its own theme, but is part of a larger journey towards more health, resilience and wellbeing. No prior experience is needed, just a desire to move.
