Früchte- und Gemüse Schnitzkurs

„Thai Carving – Früchte- und Gemüse Schnitzkurs“ is a carving course in which each participant carves their own melon into a work of art. Course leader Andy Branca-Masa has devoted himself to this Thai art form for over ten years and teaches the basic techniques, from simple table garnishes to butterflies, leaves, blossoms and flowers made from courgettes, carrots, radishes and fruit. This decorative art has a tradition of more than 700 years in Thailand and now fascinates people worldwide. Everyone receives a booklet with instructions on all the techniques learned, carving knives are provided and can also be purchased; the course runs with a minimum of two and a maximum of six participants.
