GWG-ZH-26-10 / Compliance: GWG

A seminar on complying with the revised Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG), which since 1 October 2026 has also applied to trustees, domiciled address providers and advisors. The course, numbered GWG-ZH-26-10, is run by the Institut für Finanzplanung; Scherer Advisory additionally offers an outsourced GwG compliance office. Topics include due diligence obligations, joining a FINMA-recognised self-regulatory organisation (SRO), and risk analysis, KYC processes, documentation and suspicious activity reports. Those already carrying out covered activities must submit their SRO application by 1 December 2026.
