Kindertanzen

Kindertanzen is a 45-minute dance class for children aged 3 to 6 in the Saal Dachstock of the Gemeinschaftszentrum Witikon. Course instructor Anna Kimla-Kaushik introduces the children playfully to various dance styles such as hip hop, modern and Latin as well as rhythmic movements from Zumba. Very short, simple choreographies are combined with fun movement and exercise games like jumping, hopping, stretching and coordination games. In this way the children discover different rhythms and kinds of music and develop a feel for rhythm, coordination, flexibility and self-confidence.
