Matinée: Von Luft und Liebe leben

A guided tour at the Sukkulenten-Sammlung on tillandsias, the air plants that grow on telephone poles, roofs, trees or cacti. The series is part of the Grünagenda of Grün Stadt Zürich, with the tour led by cultural mediator Verena Plath. It covers the diversity of the more than 500 species, their ingenious adaptations to life without soil, and what to consider when cultivating these remarkable air plants. The meeting point is in the foyer; the event is free and suited to adults and families.
