One Question

One Question is a safe space to bring questions about life – a sharing circle where honesty is welcomed without judgement and people of all ages are welcome. Topics such as life overwhelm, relationships, mental health or grief take centre stage, driven by questions brought by members of the community. It is facilitated by Nathalie and Paul, who both have personal experience with life challenges; Nathalie supports others through boxing and life coaching, Paul is a technologist working in AI. The group meets every Tuesday, and no registration is needed.
