Resilienz-Wochen

The Resilience Weeks offer interactive workshops, guided walks and expert talks. They focus on orientation, mental health and coming together in the neighbourhood, for more safety and a sense of self-efficacy in everyday life. The series is run by GZ Seebach, the City of Zurich, the Stiftung Risiko-Dialog foundation and the University of Zurich. It is aimed at everyone who wants to think along, join the discussion and help shape it.
