Respect! Tribute to the Greatest Soul Divas

Respect! Tribute to the Greatest Soul Divas is a musical theatre evening devoted to the great hits of Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Etta James, Tina Turner and Dionne Warwick. The songs are performed by singers Fabienne Louves, Freda Goodlett, Nyssina Swerissen and Alina Amuri, backed by a band; Romeo Meyer guides through the evening and Daniel Rohr directs. The show looks back at the soul divas of the 1960s and 70s, who raised their voices against the exclusion of Black people in the USA, and celebrates self-confidence, grace and women's power. The evening lasts 110 minutes plus an intermission.
