Thai Carving

A Thai carving course where fruit and vegetables are carved into decorative works of art. Instructor Andy Branca-Masa has devoted himself to this Thai art form for over ten years and teaches the basic techniques in the course. Butterflies, leaves, blossoms and flowers are created from courgettes, carrots, radishes and fruit, and every participant carves their own melon. Participants also receive a booklet with instructions, carving knives are provided and new ones can be bought on site.
