Tim Burtons Universum

A concert performing music from Tim Burton's films, taking the audience on a journey through the soundscapes of his fantastical movies. Melodies from films such as Alice in Wonderland, Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory will be heard. At the centre stands the music of Danny Elfman, Burton's longtime companion and one of the most distinctive film composers of our time. The Horizons Ensemble brings Burton's worlds to life in unique arrangements – from the macabre to the magical, from the intimate to the epic.
