About
"Weaving Together: Amazonian Craft and Knowledge" invites visitors to weave a roof together using recycled materials from the museum. Darwin Grefa, political leader of the Nación Originaria Quijos from the Ecuadorian Amazon, joins as a guest and shares the traditional weaving techniques of his community. This communal activity, traditionally done in Amazonia with palm leaves, creates a space for exchange and dialogue. The event takes place in the context of the exhibition "Amazonian Legacies – Art and Archaeology".
