"b12 fall 2026: asteroids" is a dance theater evening with two pieces at DOCK 11. Joy Alpuerto Ritter, a Berlin-based choreographer and dancer whose award-winning work combines ballet, contemporary dance, street dance and Philippine dance traditions, explores different notions of beauty in her performance project – who defines it, and what meaning do we give it in life? Rainer Behr, a longtime dancer of the Pina Bausch Tanztheater Wuppertal and a much-awarded choreographer, takes the time loop as a starting point to break through repetitions through risk and experiment. The duration is approximately 50 minutes.
