The FLINTA* Training is a Muay Thai session run by the local group NaturFreunde Muay Thai. Once a month it takes place instead of the basics unit. The group teaches the old Thai martial art Muay Thai Boran and considers the combination of sport, art and values or philosophy very important. This can contribute to a positive strengthening of one's mental constitution.
