About
A guided training session in the Thai martial art Muay Thai/Boran, where competition and traditional techniques are learned, practised and combined. It is run by the local group NaturFreunde Muay Thai, which has existed within the NaturFreunde since 2018 and seeks to link tradition with modernity. The training builds coordination, strength and stamina, and is designed so that beginners aged 16 and up as well as advanced participants each get their money's worth. Beyond the sport, the group values its sense of community and political engagement, and newcomers are warmly invited to a trial session.
