About
LISTEN IN is a live, guided experience that uses sound, voice and body work, play, and journaling as entry points into stillness. It is a 90-minute journey inward, offering space and time away from the noise and distractions to simply be present. It is facilitated by Salber Lee Williams, a coach, actor, and spoken word artist working at the intersection of voice, presence, and embodied communication. Participants should bring paper and a pen; tea is served throughout the session.
