About
One-on-one Sessions / Jaw Release are private individual sessions for relaxing the jaw and body. They are offered by Angela Lamprianidou, a Greek choreographer and performer with German and Spanish roots who has lived and worked in Berlin since 2014 and also studied dentistry. The roughly 60-minute sessions combine somatic sensing, dance and breathing with energy work and her method You Are The Point, founded in 2018. The individual sessions are held on demand, each with a different focus such as jaw and teeth, jaw and back or jaw and organs; booking is by email.
