About

Orbital Decay is an exhibition with a performance at ACUD Galerie. Curated by Gabriela Matuszewska, it brings together works by Caroline Douville, Manuel Goetz, Samuel Guerrero, Julia Selin, Joshua Tarelle Reid and Zhiyuan Yang, and opens with the performance Bastard Bath solo by Kuba Stępień. It is ACT III of the exhibition series Tenants of Tender Armour. Drawing on Nathan Brown's concept of absolute alienation and Édouard Glissant's right to opacity, the show explores existing in ways that exceed the legibility required for productive subjectification as a political gesture.
