Saigon Soul Revival is a band based in Ho Chi Minh City that brings the golden sounds of pre-1975 Saigon music (Nhac Vang) back to life with electrifying energy. All of its members are of Vietnamese origin or have a strong connection to the country's culture through their relatives and the time they spent there. Their music combines timeless Vietnamese melodies and lyrics with influences from Western rock, soul, bolero and tango, most of which were banned after the war. The project aims to revive this musical heritage of Vietnam as a cultural bridge between East and West.
