Sterntaler
Studiobühne, Luxemburger Straße 20 13353 Berlin, Friedrichshain
About
“Sterntaler” is a fairy tale as puppet theatre for children from about 4 to 9 years. The orphan Marie gives away everything she owns – her bread, her coat and even her cap – and when she has nothing left, a miracle happens: as she sleeps under a tree at night, glowing stars fall from the sky as ringing coins. It is performed by Ute Kahmann, directed by Tilman Harte, with puppets by Arne Busdorf and stage design by Ralf Klimek. The performance lasts 60 minutes.
