Sunset Yoga – Flow and Reset mit Sindy

Sunset Yoga – Flow and Reset mit Sindy is an outdoor yoga session on the sun deck of the cultural ship Paula, facing the water. The class is run by Sindy, who invites people to it as part of her regular evening program. The holistic practice combines yoga flows with, depending on the theme, elements of Pilates, somatic bodywork, breathing exercises and meditation. The aim is to end the day in mindful self-care, calm down and recharge; the class also takes place online via Zoom.
