About

“Wattebaush” is a play about girlhood, friendship and growing up under patriarchy. By Räuberinnen Fotzenrotz, it tells of Kelena, Noelle, Vivi and Sara, friends since fifth grade, who grow up together and face misogynistic violence. Vivi's birthday brings them back together, reopening old wounds and creating new ones. The piece asks how we can strengthen trust in ourselves and each other – with a content warning: men.
