Wunderkammer

About

Wunderkammer is a ballet production by the Komische Oper Berlin at the Schillertheater. Choreography by Marcos Morau, music by Clara Aguilar and Ben Meerwein. Morau, known for his profound, surreal visual worlds, translates collective memories into movement and imagery. The stage is imagined as a »chamber« that recalls the historic cabinets of curiosities of the Renaissance and Baroque and raises the question of the »foreign« within oneself.
