About

CROCODILE is a coming-of-age story about nine young Nigerians who, in a country shaped by Christianity and marked by political difficulties, discover their voice through sci-fi filmmaking. The film is directed by The Critics and Pietra Brettkelly. Shot by the protagonists themselves over twelve years, it reveals a widening worldview as they grow beyond the boundaries of their Nigerian homeland. It develops its own unique cinematic language, blending self-shot observational documentary, science fiction, and Nollywood influences.
