About

The Truth is a razor-sharp, darkly witty marital comedy by Florian Zeller, staged at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in a West End revival directed by Lindsay Posner and adapted by Christopher Hampton. Stephen Mangan, Ardal O'Hanlon, Sarah Hadland and Janie Dee star in the Olivier-nominated play about two married couples caught in a tangled web of adultery and deception. Michel, a middle-aged businessman, has been having an affair with Alice, the wife of his best friend Paul, and things come to a head when the couples spend a night away in a hotel. Packed with twists, secrets and biting humour, it promises to leave audiences on the edge of their seats.
