Molekularküche

Molekularküche is a course with a hands-on workshop on molecular cooking. It is run by GKZ, Gastro Kanton Zürich, and the instructor is Caviezel Rolf. Participants learn the basics of molecular cuisine, how to work with liquid nitrogen and with different textures, and get to know the key equipment and techniques. Theory is put into practice through experiments and dishes, and the results are tasted at the end.
