About
"Arsen und Spitzenhäubchen" is a crime comedy by Joseph Kesselring at the Berliner Kriminaltheater. Directed by Wolfgang Rumpf, the play revolves around the two charming old ladies Abby and Martha Brewster, behind whose lovable facade hides a murderous secret. Together with their nephew Mortimer, a frustrated theatre critic, and other quirky relatives, they experience nerve-racking hours in the Brewster household. With plenty of black humour, a lot of corpses are manoeuvred through the house without anyone letting on.
